My typical day is?
Up 5.30am ready for 6am, check chef and trainers are up and ready to start and that no one has had any night time traumas or been seduced by any of Ibiza’s nightly parties. Then make sure our guests are up and ready to seize the day. I love an early morning it’s my best time of day, but i’m always ready for a little poolside siesta after lunch. We run the programme 7am- 7pm every day so we train, learn, play, eat and have a great time all day long then get massages and chill with a fire pit under the stars or maybe a pop up cinema by the pool and chat until bed time. We all try to hit the sack by 10pm.
