Best piece of advice you’ve received?
Trust your gut – simple yet crucial.

Favourite shops?
Lulu Lemon, Zara, Reisse, Space NK and Hargandaz.

Best meal?
Fresh seafood BBQ in a little beach shack with my girls in Greece.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Travel, beauty products, horses & fast cars.

 Best weekend activity?
I love a good adventure – city break, nice hotel, lots of walking around and you have to have great food and company.

I achieved my current role through?
Hard work, determination, self-belief and also meeting the right people at the right time.

If you could capture and bottle a smell, what would it be and why?
The seaside. That lovely, fresh, salty, musty and sandy smell reminds me of traveling and adventures.

Who would you invite to your perfect dinner party (dead or alive)?
I’ve got a posse. A small group of close friends then – Freddie Mercury, JK Rowling, Ed Sheeran, Adele, Steve Tyler
Amy Schumer, Jilly Cooper, Kim Basinger, Demi Moore, Sasha Baron Cohen, Mel Gibson, Joe Manganiello, Matthew McConaughey, Idris Elba, Bob Marley, Oliver Reed. Mental, right?

What’s your favourite place in the world and why?
I’m split on this one. I absolutely love Thailand and Indonesia for food and culture, but then I love LA for its health buzz and positive vibes. But you can’t leave out UK country summer BBQs and Ibiza sunsets.

What are your ‘on duty’ and ‘off duty’ looks?
On duty I’m all about quality fitness gear. Off duty it’s jeans and t-shirts. I’m lucky its all casual but I miss getting glammed up sometimes.

Best way to wind down?
Being around animals always chills me out and you can’t beat a good movie.

Any cuisines you love or loathe?
LOVE good fresh produce & most Asian food. Obviously hate anything cheap and fried.

What’s in your handbag?
Diary, laptop, passport, two purses one for travel and one day-to-day, headphones, eye mask, earplugs, perfume, lipsil, face whipes, iPhone, a book, sunglasses. I’m always ready for the off…

Why does your job matter to you?
I’ve created the job of my dreams that supports my idea of an ideal lifestyle. When I started in this industry in my early 30’s I took a 50% pay cut, but I just fell in love with the lifestyle and realised how important that was to me over money for my own happiness. I love helping people, I love being busy and making a difference. What I’m doing now fulfils me on every level.

 What’s your daily uniform?
Training vest, hoodie, leggings, trainers, so comfy! God I sound like such a slob!

What’s your favourite waste of time?
Daily Mail online. Urgh, I’m trying to kick that one. Crime novels and trash TV.

If you could change a work decision, what would it be and why?
In my earlier work days I didn’t aim high enough in job roles and I knew it – I doubted myself and when I look back I think, “you were smashing it girl!”. Confidence and knowledge is key.

Essential store cupboard ingredients?
Marmite, nuts, seeds, dark chocolate, miso, peanut butter…and loads of water.

What are you wearing today and what made you choose it?
Leather skinny trousers, white converse, t-shirt and a black shawl… its freezing and I had a casual meeting over coffee so didn’t want to look scruffy or  not too done up.

What talent do you yearn for?
Three things, I’d love to be multi-lingual, play the piano and have the balls to sing in public. I can sing and my sister’s a great singer – but it makes me  cringe.

My typical day is?
Up 5.30am ready for 6am, check chef and trainers are up and ready to start and that no one has had any night time traumas or been seduced by any of Ibiza’s nightly parties. Then make sure our guests are up and ready to seize the day. I love an early morning it’s my best time of day, but i’m always ready for a little poolside siesta after lunch.  We run the programme 7am- 7pm every day so we train, learn, play, eat and have a great time all day long then get massages and chill with a fire pit under the stars or maybe a pop up cinema by the pool and chat until bed time. We all try to hit the sack by 10pm.

If you had a 25th hour each day, what would you do?
Chill out and call my friends and family more. Travel is in my bones but I always miss people and don’t want them to think just because I’m away means that life is perfect and I don’t think about them and wish they were here often.

Who should feature next as a Three Six Fiver?
My friend Tina Gharavi – she’s a brilliant film director. She’s funny, clever, genuine and lovely.

What should people look out for?
www.thebodycamp.com is going to have a brilliant exciting first year and anyone who experiences it now I think will get the best out of a new excited team. We attract great people and a buzz that you don’t forget plus launch deals that really are awesome! If I didn’t work here I’d be booking myself in. Ibiza is now running every week March to December & LA dates are now up for reservation January 2017. This is a big year for me!
