I would work out – I LOVE the feeling I get after a good workout!

LOVE homemade Indian food

Jeans, converse and my Belstaff or Mulberry jacket
Why does your job matter to you?
I love making a difference and making people feel happy and like they have achieved something. I used to teach dance and felt the same feeling… doing it on a regular basis is good for the soul!
Was there ever a time in your career where you thought ‘I’ve had enough?’
Yes a few months ago when I decided to leave a permanent position in PR, become a spin instructor and start living my life in a way more befitting to my life goals.
When you have a daily work slump, how do you snap out of it – tips?
-Walk away from the situation into a new space
-Drink hot water with lemon to energise me
-Eat healthy snacks
-Plug my headphones in and listen to music – the best therapy ever!
How did you achieve your current role?
Hard work, passion and lots of fun!
What would you have told yourself five years ago?
Make your passion your pay check! There is more to life than a 9-5 and to follow my instincts more.
Who is your career inspiration?
I have so many inspirational people around me at the moment that I could not pin point one. From the team at Psycle to those who ride my class, friends, my partner, my mum – the list goes on. They all inspire me in different ways to be better at what I do and how I achieve it.
Favourite place for Brunch?
Caravan, Kings Cross
H&M, M&S Food, Nike, Burberry Outlet Store in Hackney, and eBay (online shop!)
Home made samosas, chicken curry and roti and apple crumble with cream – naughty but DELICIOUS

From my job meeting celebrities is part of the norm. To date no one has left me that star struck – however, if I met Mary J Blige that would do it for me!
