What lessons has your work life taught you?
You can achieve anything…but always keep a sense of humour. Oh and that you can find love at work.
I don’t have one favourite but when I was younger I was addicted to Matilda by Roald Dahl.

Bobbi Brown makeup – and because I have to wear a helmet so often, nice shampoo is a must.

My gold medals.
What should someone expect to earn in your field?
Money isn’t the motivation, but enough to not worry and focus on my goals is great!

What’s your fail-safe impressive dinner menu?
Prawn Cocktail, Tuna Pasta Bake and Apple Crumble
What are your ‘on duty’ and ‘off duty’ looks?
On duty is Addidas tracksuits and lycra, off duty is just jeans. I do like to get dressed up although often I rely on online shopping as I don’t get to the shops very often.
Best way to wind down?
With my dogs and Jason on the sofa watching Eastenders.
Favourite city in the UK and why (excluding London)?
Manchester- it’s a proper buzzing city but not as hectic as London.
Top tip for talking about pay at work?
Just let your performance do the talking.
Favourite drink discovery?
Water and champagne. Not together obviously.
